Pets should always be supervised when using toys or consuming treats.
Health, Allergies & Safety

By purchasing, you agree that:
- You are responsible for checking product suitability before use
- You will supervise your pet during use at all times
- You will discontinue use immediately if any adverse reaction occurs

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawfect Surprise shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Defective products where required under consumer law
Product Variations
We take care to ensure product quality; however, items may vary slightly from images shown due to supplier changes, packaging updates, or availability.
One-Off Purchases
All Pawfect Surprise boxes are sold as one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Once reviewed, we will happily provide a replacement for any items confirmed to be damaged in transit.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Replacements are issued where appropriate based on the evidence provided.
Failure to report damage within the 48-hour timeframe may result in your request being declined.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes; however, delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control and we are not liable for such delays.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Pawfect Surprise website, including branding, logos, images, and text, is the property of Pawfect Surprise and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Changes to Terms
